WHO IS THIS FOR?
The training program is designed to bring the best out of everyone and anyone willing to give their all to the 4 sessions.
The program complexity will be scaled for use for different abilities. We do appreciate not everyone will have all the fundamental movements nailed down but scalable options will be provided for everyone to complete the workouts in the Group sessions.
For those doing just the program, all you need to do is ask on the private facebook group, we are here to work along side you.
Once enlisted onto the program there will be a Facebook community where problems and solutions can be voiced.
We will be presuming you have enough experience and common sense to modify loads and intensities prescribed in the program on how you’re feeling each day.
The program is designed to push you but not break you!!
DO I HAVE TO BE A GYM MEMBER TO DO THIS?
Not at all.
If you enlist on the CorePerformance Group Training you will have access to the gym for the CorePerformance sessions which occur twice daily. (mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri) (AM&PM).
If you have brought the Program only option, you will need to be a member of a gym, as the program will require equipment, Barbells, Resistance bands, Dumbbells etc...
Keep in mind, this is a process and one that will build knowledge and a sustainable training habit. Although you don't need to have a gym membership, we would advise it's something you look at investing in.
WHATS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE GROUP TRAINING AND PROGRAM ONLY?
The Group Training package entitles you to have up to 8 hours of face to face time with the coaches per week, taking you through each of the sessions, correcting form, motivating you and developing you.
Program only, means that you don't get this face to face time, and you will hit the sessions by yourself which will suit some people, and not others. But you will still have access to the coaches to ask questions, look for motivation and ask for help.
